A message from our Directors
The Coronavirus has had a significant impact on our business. During lockdown we scaled our own operations down. As a responsible local business, we maintained a skeleton team at both our laundries to support the national effort: with key worker accommodation; some supplementary support to launder scrubs for the NHS; & the ongoing work wear needs for the food industry and also the bio-science sector.
As the hospitality sector has re-opened, we have been working collaboratively with our Customers to understand any policy changes impacting their laundry requirements and deliveries/collections, along with communicating the new operational procedures we have implemented to our working environments to ensure we are compliant to the new government guidelines. The health and safety of our employees and the safe interaction with our customers is paramount
As members of the Textile Services Association (TSA), our Industry body, we continue to support the collaboration with UK Hospitality Association in managing through this crisis.
